The internal structure of the tabless cells has been adjusted in the 18 volt LiHDX battery packs, so that the anode and cathode are completely connected with plus and minus poles. The "tabs" are eliminated as bottlenecks, and the internal resistance of the cells is significantly reduced.
This design releases ultimate power for users, and means:
(1) in certain heavy-duty applications; this results in less heat production inside the battery pack, compared to LiHD 8.0 Ah
(2) LiHDX with ASC 290 compared to the current standard: LiHD 8.0 Ah and ASC 145
